Shipping

Since we’re off-grid & have no mail service, items are shipped once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday, when we go into civilization.

Most items will arrive in a regular first class envelope via USPS. No tracking is available. Please reach out if you want tracking & we can do that for an additional charge.

Return and Refund Policy

REFUNDS : We are able to process refunds before charges are processed/items sent out. To request a refund send an email to OurMountainLife.co (at) gmail dot com.

RETURNS : Being a very small operation, returns are not easy on finances or time. Please reach out with your circumstances & we will do our best to address the issue.
