This mindset intentionally prioritizes a slower pace and simplicity, which can be adopted almost anywhere, but is easier to introduce when unplugged & surrounded by nature, compared to the high-speed culture of modern life.
By slowing down, tasks and daily life can feel simpler because they become more manageable and intentional, rather than chaotic and rushed.
